At Just Bring Baby we are an establish company with a proven track record. We offer fabulous service and have Kapiti Coast's biggest range of hire equipment. We're local but can also deliver to surrounding areas.
As we are mum's ourselves, we stock products from top brands that are carefully chosen to make your holiday a little less stressful which is what it's all about.

How safe is your equipment?
We only hire out quality products & equipment that we would be happy using ourselves, and that has been made by companies with a reputation for quality and product safety. Our equipment is hired out multiple times, so only well-made, safe products are durable enough for this purpose.
All equipment is checked, cleaned and sanitised before each use. Sheets and mattress protectors are washed using eco friendly detergent.

What if I need something not shown on your website?
Sometimes have equipment which we have not yet loaded onto our website, so please ask! We always do our best to accommodate our clients requests as best as we can.
What are the delivery charges?
You can collect your equipment directly from Just Bring Baby at either our Paraparaumu or Te Horo Beach locations. Alternatively, we are able to provide a delivery and collection service. Click here to view the costs.

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand there will always be last minute changes to plans. Please contact us to discuss, but in general, the following applies:
Cancellation more than 7 days prior to delivery: 100% refund
Cancellation 7 – 3 days prior to delivery: 50% refund
Cancellation 1 – 2 days prior to delivery: 25% refund
Cancellation on the day will result in 0% refund

What if I want to extend the hire period?
Contact us by phone as soon as you can and we will confirm if this is possible.
How will I know how to use the product?
We have chosen our products specifically as they are easy to use, and we always give you a demo at the start of your hire period.

What happens if something get lost or damaged?
If a product is broken and needs replacement please let us know as soon as possible and if possible we will arrange for a replacement. Please note some or all of the deposit will be retained, and you may be required to pay the cost to replace the item. Please see our full hire terms & conditions here.
Will I need to sign anything?
Yes, you will need to sign the hire agreement form which requires acceptance of our hire terms & conditions. Our full hire terms & conditions can be found here. You will also need to provide a current form of ID, such as a passport or drivers licence.
What about Covid 19?
Given the nature of our business, our cleaning standards were already exceptionally high. We have however revisited these in light of the pandemic. You can read more about it here.
